The ABC's of Water Quality
A workshop will be offered to train volunteers interested in learning the methods for stream water quality monitoring. Trained volunteers will be eligible to participate in stream monitoring activities with FLMR. Topics include habitat assessment, biological sampling and chemical monitoring.
The ABC's of Water Quality workshop will be on Saturday, June 6th from 9 am-3 pm at the Broughton Nature & Wildlife Education Area pavillion 619 St Rt 821, Marietta OH. Lunch will be provided. Bring rubber boots or an old pair of sneakers that you wouldn't mind getting wet. There is a $5 registration fee for this workshop. Please preregister by calling 374-4170.
